Our residential cleaning list we check off during our “Keep It Clean service”!
Bedroom:
- Beds made and linens changed if left out (Upon Request)
- All areas dusted on top, on the front and underneath
- Mirrors washed, cleaned and left streak free
- Carpets vacuumed including under the bed if accessible
- Picture frames dusted and straightened
- All trash emptied
- Lamp shades wiped clean and dusted
- Overall appearance of room left clean and neat
Bathrooms:
- Bath tub thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, dried and left sparkling
- Toilets cleaned including base
- Sinks cleaned, rinsed and left sparkling
- Mirrors washed, cleaned and left streak free
- Vanity counter top cleaned
- Tiles and faucets cleaned, rinsed and left sparkling
- All trash emptied
- Vacuum and/or mop floor
Hallways:
- Stair banisters wiped clean
- Picture frames dusted and straightened
- Vacuum and/or mop floor
Kitchen:
- Countertops washed, rinsed and left sparkling
- Cabinet fronts wiped free of dirt and fingerprints
- Sink scrubbed, rinsed and left sparkling
- Outside of ovens and refrigerators cleaned, we will clean inside of ovens and refrigerators upon request
- Floor washed, cleaned and left sparkling
- Dishes washed or dishwasher loaded (Upon Request)
All other living areas:
- Furniture dusted, we will polish furniture upon request
- Picture frames dusted and straightened
- Cobwebs removed from walls and windows
- Couch and cushions vacuumed and straightened
- Coffee table books and magazines straightened
- Hardwood or tile floors cleaned and left sparkling
- Lamp shades wiped clean and dusted
- Glass tables cleaned streak free
- Carpets vacuumed including under furniture if accessible
- All trash emptied
- Overall appearance of the room left clean and neat
A Get It Clean includes all of the above, plus:
Our maids will take extra time: dusting, wiping down blinds, cleaning the inside of the trashcan, spot cleaning the baseboards, scrubbing your bathroom tiles, and stain removal (if possible).
A Deep Clean includes all of the above, plus:
Our maids will take additional time to: clean inside your oven, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, kitchen drawers, and bathroom cabinets & vanity mirror.
