I have been in the theatre industry for over 10 years and I have worked with many janitorial companies that have made promises during the interviewing process and only to find out that they are not able to meet my expectations and their own word. When I came across Pro Clean, they have not only kept their promises but have also surpassed my expectations.
I feel I have also come quite use to seeing Tom and Monika, the owners of Pro Clean. They meet with me each month so I can explain upcoming events that will alter their normal schedule. They are always willing to make adjustments to the theatre’s strenuous schedule. In the past , I met my janitor’s supervisor to show them what they are missing, but now that’s no longer necessary. Now Pro Clean actually lets me know what maintenance issues have come up.
Like many Corporations, Cinemark has an auditing program to track the theatre’s overall performance. Since Pro Clean has started I have had an average of a 7% increase in the cleanliness score, which reflects very positively on me personally.
