We understand that emergencies sometimes do arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a house cleaning appointment, we request that you give 48-hour notice.
Otherwise, if you cancel your appointment any later than 24 hours prior, you will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
In the event that the cancellation occurs at the time we arrive at your home for your regularly scheduled cleaning, you will be charged 50% of the full service fee.
