What do I need to do to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?

You are important to us, and as such, we honor your time requests and trust taht you will do the same. If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment, simply call or email us within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning appointment. If you cancel your appointment any later than 24 hours prior, you will incur a $25 late cancellation fee. In the event that the cancellation occurs at the time we arrive at your home for your regularly scheduled cleaning, you will be charged 50% of the full service fee. If you need to cancel, please fill cancellation form, email us or call us at (630) 830-2955.

How can I earn free cleanings?

In order to receive FREE cleanings, all you have to do is refer 2 new, weekly or bi-weekly clients to us. After we have cleaned their home 3 consecutive times, you will receive a one-time cleaning from us that you may use at any time within 1 year. We enjoy rewarding our loyal clients! (Residential Customers Only)

What if I forget to leave the check?

How do I refer someone to you?

Simply give us a call, email us or leave us a note providing us with the new clients name and number, or have them contact us directly. We will always make time to serve those we care about!

Are you bonded, licensed and insured?

Yes, we are bonded, licensed and insured so that you have no reason to worry about loss. We have a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy. Our professional cleaning consultants are bonded up to $5,000. In the event that an object is damaged, please notify our office within 24 hours and we will take action to provide compensation.

Can I pay a month or two in advance?

You may pay in advance either by check, cash or money order.

Will you use the supplies I provide or do you bring in your own supplies?

Most of our clients prefer that we use their own supplies.

What if my cleaning day falls on a holiday?

We honor specific holidays and they are as follows: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. In preparation for these holidays, we will call you in advance to reschedule your regular cleaning visit. However, if you ave a specific holiday in mind that we have not mentioned, please notify us within 48 hours of our scheduled cleaning.
